49 years ago today
The Lord breathed life
into my soul.
Today’s a day for
reflecting and remembering,
celebrating and giving thanks.
Recalling loved ones gone
Who’ll never know another
day on this earth like today.
Being thankful for
those that are here
to enrich this life I live.
